Hair loss is difficult at any age, but it can be especially devastating for a child navigating a medical diagnosis. At Changing Times Hair Designs, giving back to our community is at the heart of what we do.

We are incredibly proud to have partnered with Wigs for Kids for over 20 years. Wigs for Kids is a remarkable non-profit organization that provides custom, non-surgical Hair Replacement Systems made from real human hair to children suffering from medical-related hair loss—at absolutely no cost to their families.

Ready to Make the Cut? How to Donate

If you are looking to donate your hair, Wigs for Kids is the oldest organization of its kind, and their process is truly unique. Their wigs look exactly like a child's natural hair, allowing them to swim, play, and just be a kid again.

Because these hairpieces are custom-made and highly durable, it takes 18 to 20 ponytails to create just one wig. If you are ready to make a life-changing donation, we would be honored to perform the cut. Please note: We only accept 12 inches (or more) of healthy, uncolored, and chemically untreated hair.

How to Request a Hairpiece

If you or someone you love is 18 years old or younger and experiencing hair loss due to chemotherapy, radiation therapy, Alopecia, Trichotillomania, burns, or other medical issues, help is available.
